Client's Charter
We promise to:
- Ensure any academic application is processed within four (4) working days from the date the application is received
- Ensure the teaching and learning in academic sessions are run according to the teaching plan designed for each semester
- Prepare the “Integrated Lecture Timetable” that is convenient to lecturers and students
- Process any applications, bookings and claims submitted to the faculty within five working days from the date the application is received
- Respond to any complaints, suggestions or inquiries related to university services within five working days
- Act upon any complaints on the technical equipments and devices that need external services within 14 working day
